Group Description
The Value & Engagement work started at the October RDA OAB 2015 meeting where an OA sub-working group was created .
The sub-group first reported in March 2016 at the Tokyo Plenary OA meeting: A corresponding presentation was given.
An updated presentation was given at the September 2016 Denver plenary meeting.
