Hi all –
Just a quick update for you.
I met with the contracts folks on our end, and we went through all three proposals. Of the three, they suggested that IMN not be considered because it is too vague. We all said that as well.
We went through Meeting Expectations and CMP in detail, and the RPI people have some follow-up questions for both of them. The main issue is that neither of the proposers accommodated the potential for 5 days worth of meetings, with webcasting all 5 days, plus arrangements for meetings 3 days before and after [potentially]. RPI is going out to the two vendors with a request that they price in the web casting, and strengthen their proposals for the range of dates. Their process includes a phone call with each of the two vendors, and I’ve asked to be on those calls. I’m hoping they will be scheduled this week….
They do know of our preference for CMP, and want to make sure the cost proposal is as robust as possible.
Meanwhile, let’s use our call time next week to work on the other committees and the messaging, and I’ll let everyone know updates as I get them.
