    Hi all –
    I am meeting with the RPI contracts folks later this week to go over the three bids and get an idea of cost realism and what latitude we have on contingency and such. We want to understand the costs and see if we can reconcile the different approaches.
    Any questions you have about the proposals, please send! We can send a formal response out to the companies asking for clarification, and I want to do all of those at the same time. I don’t think we need a telecon for this, so please send them all, I’ll collate them, and will get them to contracts.
