    Hello friends and colleagues:
    In anticipation of imminent approval of the proposal to form the Vocabulary Services Interest Group, we have requested a meeting slot at the 6th Plenary, upcoming in Paris 23-25 September. The exact schedule will not be available for a few weeks, but please plan on participating.
