Greetings
I manage the “Definitions Server” for the Open Geospatial Consortium and
for the next three years will be working on projects aimed at semantic
interoperability and the role of such things. Based in Australia, where a
lot of work in this space has been done, I’d like to explore this
opportunity for F2F discussions with RDA membership about the general
approach to interoperability of semantic resource publication mechanisms.
Some draft documentation is under preparation describing our approach using
FAIR principles is at
http://defs-dev.opengis.net/static/doc/defsServerIntro.html – feedback is
welcome. I aim to get a paper on interoperability of infrastructures added
to this ASAP.
Please advise if some session is already planned.
