Dear all,
Thank you very much for attending and participating actively in the joint session organised by the RDA-WDS IG on Cost Recovery and the IG on Disciplinary Repositories, at RDA Plenary 6 in Paris. In the session Anita, Ingrid and myself provided an over of the work of the IG on Cost Recovery. The IG has conducted some 25 in depth interviews with data repositories, establishing what were the main sources of .income. In the session, participants engaged in a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunites, Threats) for each of four main business models that had emerged from our analysis.
I am writing to follow up on that session for three reasons.

Presentation and the Notes from the SWOT analysis: Please find attached the presentation that was given in this session, which includes the complete report slides from the four groups engaged in the swot analysis.
Any comments on the exercise, on the responses relayed in the completed slides on SWOT analysis and indeed on the draft report are most welcome.
