Dear all,
Thank you to all those that have sent comments and to those who participated in the call today. We are particularly grateful to Ian and Matthew who put the questionnaire format through a dry run and provided feedback.
Following discussions on today’s call and trying to pay some attention to comments received by e-mail, I have made some tweaks to the questionnaire. In a number of places I have added small amounts of text to clarify the question. I have added extra options to some questions (particularly in section 2 and 4) in response to comments from Anita, Ryan and Ian on today’s call. It would not be useful to enumerate these, but I do suggest that all participants look through the form carefully.

Barring any minor clarifications and correction of typos, I think this is as far as we can go to improving the questionnaire. So please finalise arrangements for interviews and conduct them over the next four weeks. I propose to arrange a call for W/C 23 February to discuss the outcomes of the interviews thus far conducted.
Finally, Ian has been kind enough to share:
1) an outline letter he has used to arrange interviews and explain their purpose. 2) the interview format in a word document which he found useful to share before the interview. Please note that this is based on a previous version of the questionnaire.
