This is to try to make sure that all of you received the email I sent yesterday since for whatever reason it did not show up in the website.
The message said:
Dear all,
I attach a new version (Draft 2 attached) of Principle · (Harmonization) Guidelines.
1.- I removed the first 4 “Premises” and will save them for the introduction-scope.
2. I removed descriptions of harmonization techniques to definitions (will be included in the introductory “Definitions” section)
4.- I simplified the guidelines; they are really points 1 to 9. They are mostly descriptive of how the principle works.
5.- The examples are all in a single final paragraph 10
6.- More value-based (action oriented) recommendations are in a final subsection dedicated to them which has 5 points.
We´ll see… tomorrow.
