Attached is the promised skeleton guidelines for Principle 8: responsibility.
Gail and I went over the general ideas by telecon. The prose is of course preliminary, and neither one of us is married to it, nor to the structure.
More importantly, are the ideas the correct ones? are there major gaps? are there items to be axed out?
I will have to learn how to replace the current placeholder in the Wiki. But I thought that this email circulation is a reasonable first exchange.
