    then this is what my researcher colleagues would be happiest with, insofar as it would make their lie VERY MUCH simpler. It would still leave them on the hook to understand the 4 variants for non-data material, but it would help a lot in the conduct of research.
    The subsidiary question for the lawyers in the group is whether there exist well established legal environments where the 4 variants have substantially different effects when it come to data.
