    Dear colleagues,
    Attached are notes from the telcon discussion last Friday. I had to leave the call a bit early so they are incompletre and also are only my draft. Please review them for completeness and accuracy.
    Also, please send your written comments to Willi Egloff and Enrique Alonso Garcia by this Wednesday. We will have another telcon this Friday at the usual time, probably revisiting the updated draft on G.2 and having a preliminary discussion of G.4 (Christoph Bruch’s text).
    Simon Hodson will send everyone the call-in instructions.
