    Dear all:
    Attached are the minutes from the 24 July call, drafted by Bob and Simon, and integrated by me. We will discuss Guideline 8 on Responsibility and then Guideline 7 on Equity in our call next Friday, the 31st. Please send your written comments to Bernard and Paul (or to the whole group listserv) by CoB Tuesday. The co-chairs will also develop a schedule for the remaining calls prior to RDA P6.
