    Dear All,
In Philadelphia, I mentioned in the group’s session about some work that we were doing in the UK looking at repository deposits that had multiple licences and access types. This work has arisen through implementing the best design in the depositor workflow and the design team quickly realised that when there was more than one licence, the workflow became complex. We didn’t want to make assumptions about how seriously researchers or support staff view this issue so we created a survey so that we could capture the experience and opinions of those who use repositories.
This is an international problem that requires the international perspective to make something work. I would be grateful if you would consider completing the survey or sending the link to the blog or the survey to any colleagues who have something to say about how this problem can be approached. I would be happy to present results to the group meeting at the next RDA plenary if you think it would be useful.

If you’re a Twitter user, please consider retweeting the original call to action – the more people that know about the survey the more feedback we will get.
