    Dear all,
I would like to iterate the plan for updates that I shared with you at today’s CB call. As we have to finalise the Task Force report, we need to work on the final version of the document. So, please send me any further contributions or comments by the end of the month.
    * In particular, @Leif and @Peter you have proposed to include contribution on the FAIR Implementation Group in the landscape analysis section (a short paragraph similar to the others, including a couple of sentences with the relation to RDA would do). In case you want to include anything else, please let me know.
    * I plan to rework a bit the recommendations to group them per stakeholder, if possible and if this proves useful. I hope I will be able to do so this week.
    * I plan to slightly update the financial section with a forecast of income for the next couple of years based on Councils-Secretariat’s on-going work. I will also check if anything else needs to be updated.
Again this is the final round of comments as we need to conclude the work.
    Thanks in advance,
    Kind regards,
    Fotis

    Dear Fotis,
    thank you
I have added the addition below at the beginning of the doc & pasted
below  – you may wish to move it from the position but I think it is
pretty timely and will have a direct influence at the P11 in March I am
    sure.
Let me see if I can add some additions also from the EOSC HLEG, when we
meet at the end of the month,  where we stated to utilise RDA as a
    community forum in general –
The BDVA support with the 3 PPP projects physically attending the RDA
innovation forum on the 30th  is also a pretty nice synergy too.
    warm thanks silvana
” At the time of submission of this report, a timely addition that
involves RDA and reinforces the efforts already taken place in the ICT
technical specifications, directly has been communicated from European
Commission which has recommended that the newly funded EOSC-Hub and
OpenAIRE-Advance H2020 projects jointly cooperate actively with RDA and
already begin finding appropriate working groups or interest groups to
channel their challenges they face that may be further discussed during
    Plenary 11.
As recently as January 2018, the External board of the joint
    collaboration agreement between EOSC-Hub & OpenAIRE-advance mandated
under DG Connect excellence in Science – and chaired by John Womersley
have written in their consolidated assessment (period
15/12/2017-09/01/2018) that the: /“external board supports the
    Commission’s proposal that EOSC-Hub & OpenAIRE-Advance start cooperating
with RDA and lead the definition of ICT technical specifications for
future referencing in public procurement.” /
