We would like to notify you that the RDA Europe Executive Board has requested a four month project extension to allow for grantees to reorganise workplans and deliver alternative activities. We hope to receive an answer from the EC soon and we will keep you posted.

Dear all,
We have received news that the request for the 4 months project extension has been approved by the EC.
I take the opportunity to kindly ask you to fill in the doodle for the next coordination call here https://doodle.com/poll/uib5kkvt6hd87wxi
Please do that no later than tomorrow COB so we can decide on a date by the end of the week.
We will discuss what the extension entails during our call as well as those cases where you feel such an extension is not necessary or not feasible.
