Dear all,
Since there doesn’t seem to a be a date that works for everybody, we have decided to suggest 2 dates for the call, 2 iterations of the same call, so all of you would be informed first-hand about the Plenary activities and can ask questions or provide suggestions.
Please mark in your calendars the date that suits you best:
Sep 17 TUE 12:00 – 13:00 CEST
Sep 24 TUE 13:00 – 14:00 CEST
We will send a detailed written overview of the activities before the calls so you can get an idea of where and how you’d like to contribute, how these match your personal schedule and your Ambassador workplan.
I will also get back to you with the call in details but for now please block one of the two dates in your calendars.
