We have been looking into an option that would not require listing your email on the RDA website for both privacy and security reasons.
We have now set up a contact form with a selection option https://rd-alliance.org/rda-europe-ambassadors-contact
People who wish to contact you can fill in this short form, select the Ambassador that they wish to contact and the message will be automatically directed to you.
We have done individual tests this morning and some of you have confirmed that you have received the message.
Please ignore the link in the email. It is directed to the admin interface of the webform which has the same info as the one included in the email. It is a standard message that we will customize based on the correct permissions. It was used only for testing purposes.
The next steps, if you have no objections to this approach, will be to add the necessary privacy policy acknowledgements and link it from the main Ambassadors page.
We hope this is a safer option but thank you again for your availability.
