Subject: [rda-eu-ambassadors] Interview scheduling
Dear all,
As discussed during the last Ambassador meeting, I would like to schedule the interviews. At present I am free on August 14th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 24th afternoon, 26th afternoon, 28th, 31st, September 1st and 4th. We could find a time later if you are not available during the period, but the earlier the better to leave a bit of time for analysing all together the information gathered from the interviews.
The list of possible questions to discuss is available in the last meeting minutes and here:
· Why did you apply
· When did your task begun
· What is your “Designated Community”
· Was it already represented in RDA. If yes how did you build the interaction with its RDA members and activities.
· How did you build the interaction with the community at large
· Link with Research Infrastructures (ESFRI et al.), European projects, international projects, if any
· Difficulties
· Successes
· Lessons learnt, incl. what did you found about the value of RDA for your community
· Outputs
· Legacy
· Impact – how can it be evaluated
· What once the formal ambassadorship is over? What next steps?
