Hi all –
RPI uses lists of vendors who have responded to similar efforts in the past, and so this is the list they sent to. This includes our P5 planner, as well as several others in the area. We’ll see who responds this time. I am certain that we’ll get at least two good responses, maybe three.
According to our contracts person, we have to do this as opposed to doing a sole source award, and a truly open, posted to everyone solicitation would take months and months.
We can discuss more tomorrow.
