Tomorrow’s IDW OC Call

    Hi all. We have a long list of items for tomorrow’s IDW call. If there are other items you’d like to cover, please respond to this e-mail.
    Items so far include:
    * Signage – Status and timeframes
    * A/V – If possible, CMP would appreciate knowing what each plenary session speaker is planning to show (i.e. .PPTX, videos, etc.).
    * Timing for IDF Reception – our staff thought that a 90 minute gap between when the last IDF session ends and the reception at Coors Field is too long. Will the committee consider starting the reception at 7:00 pm (instead of 7:30 pm)?
    * Are spouses invited to the receptions?
    * Shuttle to/from Coors Field.
    * Need for sponsor tables and/or materials table(s) for sponsors?
    * WiFi update.
    * Post-conference evaluation/survey – point person, distribution date, etc.
    * Transporting supplies (hotel, Lynn’s house, etc.)
    * Communication materials:
    o on-the-ground roadmap for IDW
    o E-mail blasts
    o Presentation slides with sponsors
    o Social media activities
    * Status of volunteers and coordination plans in Denver
    * Media Point of Contacts
