    Hi all –
    Got the official word; the RFP for meeting planning was released this afternoon. Questions are due May 18, answers May 21, and final proposals due May 27. We will be selecting ASAP after that, and can then turn the vendor loose on getting a site.
    Meantime, if anyone else has info on locations who hasn’t already sent it in, please do. I will give everything to the winner in one package.
