Hi all –
I had an action to put together a very skeletal schedule, and so I structured the attached Excel file. It’s also in the wiki area of the IDW page, and so you may download it there if you wish.
The idea is to put down all of the activities required for each grouping (IDW, RDA, and SciDataCon), in roughly the months they need to happen, and fill out the schedule in much more detail as time moves on. After we select a vendor, we can put in much more detail, however there are some things we can do without that – namely, spinning up the various groups we need to staff and providing them with their charters.
