Revised Concept Note for International Data Week

    Dear all,
    I have made some changes to the concept note, comprising some suggestions that Geoffrey received from Tony Hey.
    I wanted to send this version because I’m in transit and it is not clear that I can attend the call later. I still think that the International Data Forum section needs to be more compelling. I would be grateful for any further feedback but I shall also endeavour, this week, to address this issue.
