    Hi Ingrid,
    Thank you for following up on the sponsorship with Elsevier.
    Sponsorship is sought jointly by RDA, CODATA and WDS for the whole event
    i.e International Data Week (IDW) comprising SciDataCon, International Data
    Forum and RDA Plenary 8th.
    Please reassure your contacts at Elsevier that they will not be approached
    by different sources as we are doing this on behalf of the group (I am
    copying the IDW Steering Group for information)
    A sponsorship package is currently being finalized and I will send it to
    you as soon as it is ready.
