My previous email was sent before I had a chance to complete it: The IDW
group is indeed scheduled to have a call on 14 September at 13:00 UTC
(local times and call details shown below).
I did not see more on the venues options from Matt and I hope something
will be circulated before the call to enable us to make a decision. I have
not added to the discussion thread, but my opinion is that we need to be
more flexible with the dates and consider alternatives (end of August or
October) if we want to retain DC.
