No wonder I missed the meeting. The announcement does not appear until the 3rd screen, and I did not scroll past the first set of signatures. Sorry!
I guess I have been spoiled by Rorie, who sends a million reminders as the date approaches! 😉

Importance: High
Dear all,
Further to this, some items for deliberation:
Geoffrey has fieldwork obligations in Sept/Oct 2016. Therefore, to ensure his availability we would request either first or last week of September. The first would be W/C 5 September which is Labor Day. Does that pose a problem? If so, the last week would be W/C 26 Sept.
Discussions in the CODATA EC and CODATA US suggest that we would prefer the SciDataCon element to be in the second half of the week so that we can have the CODATA GA directly after. We would like to discuss and request that change.
From the CODATA US group, as Sara will attest, there is huge enthusiasm to be very actively involved and to contribute:
Bob Chen would also like to be on the organising committee also.
Bonnie happy to be on the organising committee. Bonnie suggested moreover, the benefit of liaising closely between the committees and would be keen to interface with the IDW PC.
Paul keen to be involved on organising committee and/or IDW PC.
Just for info and discussion.
With very best wishes,
Simon.

Dear all,
I don’t believe call details have been sent around, so I went ahead and did so.
I guess the primary agenda item is the RFP and venue search, as well as suggestions for committees.
Here are the minutes for our last call: https://www.rd-alliance.org/group/international-data-week-including-p8/w… – Sara can’t access this, and I assume nor Bernard. Please could someone provide access to Sara and Bernard?
A calendar file is attached.
Best wishes,
Simon.
