final draft RFP for IDW conference services – comments due by noon Eastern on May 1

    Hi all –
    I have adjusted the text per our call this morning, focusing on the conference planning services, as opposed to finding, evaluating, and choosing the venue. Please take a look at this one more time. We agreed that I would incorporate any comments on May 1, and then get this into the contracts system.
    Mustapha – if you want to add information about ICSU, now is the time to do that. You’ll see a highlighted sentence with your name in it. 🙂
