We agreed in our call the other day to send our respective rough plans for necessary side meeting and business meetings during International Data Week. Here’s the scoop for RDA. Let me know if I missed anything, Hilary.
– ~ 3 hr council meeting typically before the Plenary
– ~3 hr RDA for newcomers session before the Plenary
– 4 hr WG/IG chairs meeting (before or after)
– 4-8 hr TAB meeting (before or after)
– 4-8hr Secretariat meeting (before or after)
