    Dear all,
I would like to remind you about the ongoing consultation on the stakeholder
    requirements towards the maDMPs.
    https://github.com/RDA-DMP-Common/user-stories
We have some first user stories but we need more. If you can provide links
to important resources that can be used to formulate user stories, please do
    so.
To facilitate the discussion and get more points of view, we are running a
workshop in Vienna. It would be great if you could run similar consultations
within your locations. Please contact me for details in case you need help
    in organising one.
    https://goo.gl/forms/FStn9VsES7ITRJ0w2
In December we will have a call in which we will summarise the consultation
and will narrow down the scope of our research. From then on, we will focus
    on developing the model.
I look forward to your contributions!
    Best wishes,
    Tomasz

    Dear colleagues,
I submitted a couple of user stories which I wrote down a while ago when I was employed at a research institute. I haven‘t provided context in the individual github issues yet but hope to have time for that soon.
But I think it might be worth mentioning here that these user stories are written primarily from an institutional/infrastructure perspective: What do different institutional stakeholders want from DMPs when individual researchers working in different projects might not be very interested in data management activities? For that reason the main stakeholders in my user stories are not researchers (primarily doing research) but data managers (primarily doing data management), IT staff (providing basic institutional IT services) and managers. Of course, depending on the situation the same person or different persons might have the role of researcher and data manager.
So I guess my general question for you is: How would you characterize your perspective and what are your main stakeholders?
I‘m looking forward to further discussions.
    Best regards,
    Jens

    Dear all,
First of all, thank you Jens for contributing your user stories! Great job!
Another good news is that we have also stories from Marta, Maude, and Rob. Also great job! Thank you!
In total there are 56 user stories! I am sure we can hit 100! 🙂
I would like to ask everyone to review and comment existing user stories. Please also define new user stories if you feel that someone’s point of view is missing.
At the beginning of December we will categorise and group them – more details will follow.
    Best wishes,
    Tomasz
