    Thanks for posting this SG document. I’ve added comments in the document and some additional text (track changes on).

    My major comment is that its important to point out the need for both a conceptual/semantic registration of data types and a logical/implementation level, and capturing the binding between these, as well as differentiating data type description elements that apply to the different representations.
