Dear RDA DRAWG, just a reminder of our call tomorrow.
The focus of our discussion will be on the supporting output, which is to be a selection of examples of data repositories that illustrate different approaches currently being taken by data repositories to express and expose attributes about themselves for both human and machine consumption.
We’ll ask for input and discussion on:
* Candidate data repositories for us to consider as examples that could represent a variety of approaches
* The structure of the document that we’ll produce
* Volunteers for compiling and drafting
Note that this output is not a recommendation, and I suggest that it doesn’t need to be a comprehensive document. The goal is to complement our list of attributes and give people some concrete examples.
