    Description:

    This session will overview the RDA DFT WG terminology Definition Tool being used as part of core vocabulary development.

    Following a brief discussion of the purpose, requirements and current use of the tool within DFT, the virtues of the Semantic Media Wiki  platform & architecture of the tool will be presented.

    This will be followed by a 20 minute demo walkthrough of its functions illustrating the entry, editing and annotation of term entities along with a  tour of some of the content and how it is visualized in the tool. Plans for future developments will presented and people interested in becoming users will be shown how to get a login for the tool.

    We PLAN TO reserve some time for people from different WGs  to play with it  test out their own terms in case they wish to use the tool as part of their wn WG.
