About the ARCHIVER project and its Early Adopters programme

    Dear members of the Archives and Records Professionals for Research Data IG,
    Given the scope and activity your Group, you might be interested in the activity of the ARCHIVER project and its Early Adopters programme. ARCHIVER (https://www.archiver-project.eu/) will use a Pre-Commercial Procurement process, where consortia will be selected through an open tender process, to perform R&D to develop data archiving and preservation cloud based services complementing the current on-premise services of a group of procuring organisations (https://www.archiver-project.eu/about).
    In order to encourage wide deployment outside this first group of “buyers”, ARCHIVER started an Early Adopter programme (https://www.archiver-project.eu/early-adopters-programme) open to any public organisation having a need for innovative digital archiving and preservation solutions. Organisations interested in joining ARCHIVER as Early Adopters need to express their interests before September 15th, 2019.
