- Determine appropriate scope of search (e.g., limit scope to search as part of research workflow)
i. Do we need to consider different types of users? Do we have a particular target audience?
ii. Should scope include all types of search avenues? (Google, specific DAAC search tools, other?)
iii. Create a set of personas (work with the use case spreadsheet, which includes categories of users that can be refined
