RDA/CODATA Summer Schools in Data Science and Cloud Computing in the Developing World WG rev-002

This document is the resubmission of the WG proposal that takes into account the comments made by the TAB on the original submission. In particular, it aligns the school more closely with the goals of the RDA, namely in the sharing of research data and places less emphasis on the logistics of getting funding etc. It outlines how the cohort for the school will be explained as well as the running of the group.
