RDA Europe (https://rd-alliance.org/rda-europe) has launched a series of cascading grants designed to support research data experts and young researchers working with data. Two of the grants schemas, the Early Career and the Expert grant programmes, are being run in connection to the main RDA working meetings with the aim of providing the grantees with the opportunity to leverage the Plenaries and engage closer with the RDA global data sharing community.

Two Calls for applications are currently open to facilitate participation of 7 RDA Early Career Researchers and 5 Expert RDA members to the 13th RDA Plenary meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US.

If interested in these opportunities, view our webinar recording. The goal behind this Q&A was to give a detailed overview of the programmes and the application process for the grants, evaluation criteria while aiming to answer questions from the participants.
