CLAUDIA DELAIA

Master's degree in Information Science by the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology - Agreement IBICT / UFF (2008), area of concentration in Information Science and Information Management, acting as librarian in private companies since 1989. And in the last 24 years, as an Embrapa Librarian since 1995, participating in research projects related to Information and Data Policy, Information Organization in Science and Technology, Technology Transfer, Information Management, Competitive Intelligence, Data Governance and Information at Embrapa and guidelines for geoinformation management of the Embrapa IDE and open data policy at Embrapa. In the last year, I participate as a member of the team of the 4th National Action Plan on Open Government (Commitment 3 Innovation and Open Government in Science). In addition, I am part of the Local Intellectual Property Committee of Embrapa Solos.
