Andrea Bignamini

Andrea Bignamini current research activity at INAF is mainly focused on information technology in astronomical and astrophysical context, implementation and development of IT solutions and databases for storage, data reduction, workflow management systems and publication of astronomical data. He is involved in the H2020 project INDIGO-DataCloud for the LBT Distributed Archive use case. Within the Italian Astronomical Archive Center (IA2), he is also involved in the management of groud-based telescope archives (e.g. TNG, LBT), Virtual Observatory (VO) services, management of Single Sign-On (SSO) systems and the Global Architecture of Planetary Systems (GAPS) international collaboration.
