Jeroen Staab received the M.Sc. degree in Applied Human Geography from the Julius-Maximilians-University Würzburg, Germany in 2017. After that, he joined the German Remote Sensing Data Center (DFD), German Aerospace Center (DLR), Weβling, Germany, as a Research Associate. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree with the Humbold University Berlin, Germany. His data driven research interests involve computer vision, machine learning and complex geostatistical modelling contributing to regional development and informed policy making.
