I have been involved in evaluation research activities, first as an academic and a trainee at UNESCO's Internal Oversight Service as an evaluation assistant. While at UNESCO in Paris, I provided valuable inputs to some of the sections of UNESCO’s policy evaluation on culture and sustainable development. My ongoing academic evaluation and research include an investigation of the impact of climate change on cocoa production; a critical review of the cocoa production value chain; the state-regulated marketing systems a bane or boon to the smallholder cocoa farmer in Ghana. I hold a B.A in Development Management from the University of Wales - UK and M.Sc. in Development Evaluation and Management from the University of Antwerp - Belgium.
