Since 1988, Giuseppe Puglisi has been Researcher with the CNR-IIV, now “Osservatorio Etneo” of INGV (INGV-OE). His research activity concerns the dynamic of the volcanoes and tectonic areas investigated by using geodetic techniques, mainly GPS and DInSAR. In the frame of these researches, he has been involved as PI or Contractor on international (ESA, EC) and national (ASI, GNV, DPC-INGV) projects. From 2013 to 2016 he coordinated the EC-FP7 project “MEDiterranean Supersite Volcanoes” (MED-SUV). He is the Point of Contact of the “Mt. Etna” Supersites and is leading the implementation of the Thematic Core Service of EPOS-IP on “Volcano Observations”. Since 2015 he is leading the INGV Data Policy Working Group.
