Peter is the CSIRO Manager for National Soil Information and Coordinator of the Australian Collaborative Land Evaluation Program. He is a recognised leader in soil data informatics and interoperability, is Chair of the International Union of Soil Science Working Group on Soil Information Standards, represents Standards Australia on the ISO Technical Committee 190 soil data exchange standards working group and is a member of the FAO Global Soil Partnership Working Group for Pillar 5 Harmonization.
