In-person and Virtual Registrations for RDA P20 is now closed!

A welcome email from the RDA's P20 event platform Whova was sent to all registered attendees on 14 March 2023. If you did not receive it, please let secretariat@rda-foundation.org know.

Dinner registration update: the registration for the conference dinner will be closed on Thursday, 16th March 2023 at 15:00 UTC.

Payment method update: Please note, only credit/debit cards payments are now accepted. Paying by Invoice is no longer available. For for any questions regarding the registration, please contact rda2023@meetx.se.

Fees and cancellation details

Full fee onsite and virtual registration closes: Tuesday, 21 March 2023 (12:00 UTC) Cancellation deadline:

• Notifications of any cancellations for either virtual or onsite registrations received up to 7 days prior to the conference (14 March 2023) will be accepted.  A deduction of the administrative fee of SEK 500 excl. VAT will be applied.
• Notifications received after 14.59 UTC on 14 March 2023 are not refundable.
• If you cannot attend the Plenary, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation.  An administrative fee of SEK 250 will be charged.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: rda2023@meetx.se

Registration fees are in Swedish Krona (kr/SEK) excluding 25% VAT.

Virtual fees

Virtual fees cover: Access to all P20 virtual event components via Whova, the online event platform, from 21 - 23 March 2023 and access to all available recordings. Access to the RDA P20 ‘Building blocks of Global Research Commons: Europe and beyond', a coordinated event between the RDA and EOSC Future, on 20th March 2023 (please use the main P20 registration form below to secure your place for the workshop).

Onsite fees

Onsite fees cover:

• Full in-person 3-day access to all Plenary meeting sessions from 21-23 March 2023
• Full virtual access to the 3-day Plenary meeting via Whova, the online event platform, from 21-23 March 2023 and all recordings for 8 weeks post-event.
• Access to the RDA P20 co-located event ‘Building blocks of Global Research Commons: Europe and beyond', a coordinated event between the RDA and EOSC Future’ (Please use the main P20 registration form below to secure your place for the event). 
• All refreshments and lunches from 21-23 March 2023.
• Welcome event ‘Celebrating 10 Years Reception’ (21 March 2023). There will be two evening receptions to celebrate the RDA’s 10th anniversary. Attendees whose badges include a small glass icon are invited to the Gothenburg Town Hall at Börsen, Östra Hamngatan 21. Social Activities

Social activities: 

The Conference Dinner is not included in the conference fee but booked through the main P20 registration form and paid separately. The Conference Dinner price of 550 SEK/participant is considered a contribution to the actual price of the dinner and is calculated as a percentage of the real cost. It includes arrival drink, a three-course dinner and soft/alcoholic drinks. The conference dinner will take place at the waterfront of the Göta river, a modern event space Kajskjul 8 venue.  Please note, the registration for dinner will be closed on Thursday, 16 March 15:00 UTC.

This event is free to attend as a stand-alone workshop of RDA P20. To attend the RDA P20 event please register via the P20 registration above. You can also register for this event as part of the Plenary 20 registration.

In-person places are limited - please only sign-up if you are sure you can attend.
