Meeting title: Joint Meeting with WG Chairs on Guidelines/Recommendations

Contact group chairs: Peter Wittenberg, Alan Blatecky, Zhu Yunqiang, Rainer Stotzka, Keith Jeffery, Reagan Moore, Rebecca Koskela, Larry Lannom

Please give a brief introduction describing the activities and scope of the group(s)

Introduction
Various RDA infrastructure WGs created outputs and they are disseminated as individual outputs. In addition we can claim that RDA outcomes cover more than the individual results of the various WGs and it is obvious that there are more guidelines and recommendations out there coming from other initiatives. RDA DFIG started to bring these guidelines and recommendations together to present a coherent picture, identify core messages despite all different packaging and wording, with the intention to come to widely accepted guidelines. Yet this work has not been discussed broadly with the various chairs and it is also not obvious yet how RDA as a whole looks at this initiative. This needs to be put in the focus, i.e. the way this wiki is setup and its further maintenance needs to be discussed.

Please provide additional links to informative material related to the participating groups i.e. group pages, case statements, working documents etc
