What is the event about & what will you learn?
This Five-day training workshop is organised by the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) and the UK Data Service for people interested or actively engaged in the curation and management of research data for sharing and reuse (part of the ICPSR summer school).
This event focuses on getting researchers and other stakeholders acquainted with the data formats, services, protocols and needs of the wheat community.
You are invited to a full-day workshop, sponsored by the Research Data Alliance (RDA), leading up to the DH2016 conference in Kraków, Poland. The workshop will be focused on evaluating and engaging data infrastructure in the humanities. RDA is an international initiative to facilitate the development of effective data practices, standards and infrastructure in particular research domains, and across domains.
