Cancellation of PaNSIG meeting in San Diego
Dear colleagues, our original plans to hold a PaNSIG session at the RDA plenary in San Diego haven't worked out. Up to now, we had exactly two replies to the doodle posted earlier and the RDA participants list has only three registrants from the Photon and Neutron communities. In view of the presumed very sparse participation and conflicting sessions from related Interest Groups, we decided to postpone the PaNSIG session to the next plenary, which is supposed to take place in Paris in autumn later this year.1 | Add new comment
XRT - Computing for Light and Neutron Sources - Webinar Dec 10th
Dear all, I though it worthwhile to post some announcements about a series of webinars on the groups mailing list. The webinars (initiated by Amber) run under the label Computing for Light and Neutron Sources Forum (CLNSF). Apologies for the double-postings. --- The next CLNSF presentation and the last one for this year will be by Roman Chernikov from DESY on XRT - Ray Tracing in the X-ray regime0 | Add new comment
