Looking for suggestions/votes on possible schemes that will accommodate a global audience and speakers for the techncial forum.
Here is one possibility; a bit convoluted, I admit.
We can pick a day (mid week) to avoid ending up on a weekend due to crossing the dateline
We can have three standing slots: Americas + Asia/Australia; Asia/Australia+ Europe; Europe+Americas
On a given week, the people making the presentation would be from one region. They would make the presentation in their local morning time slot with an audience from their region and the 'late afternoon' region. The presentation would be posted and a second slot could be used for a Q&A with the final region.
