Dear RDARI Interest Group Members,
The deadline for session proposals at the 20th Plenary meeting of the RDA in Gothenburg has rather crept up on us (or at least it rather crept up on me), but it would be great if we could all put our heads together and come up with a good topic to explore in more depth in March. We have been doing some initial thinking along the lines of metadata management software/middleware in institutional settings - technologies such as iRODS, for example - but this is very much up for discussion.
So, with apologies for the short notice and the inevitably awkward time for some of us around the globe, I'd like to set up and RDARI IG planning session for this coming Monday 24th October (for most of us) at 8am UTC.
