I did not fill the authorship, and have not looked at the web page for abstract submission. I can do that (late) after I get back to California on Wed.
Perhaps we should share the responsibility (He he! reference intended) with the entire interest group. I am agnostic about this.
I will be taking care of earlier commitments for the rest of the day, but will be able to go through an iteration tonight after I hear from you and others.
