Dear all,
At short notice, I need to attend a meeting in Brussels with Geoffrey Boulton, so I won’t be able to participate in the call on Friday or manage the GoToMeeting.
There are three alternatives:
1) I can provide someone with the GoToMeeting credentials and they can initiate this call. For this I would need a volunteer who can be sure of being on a good connection and can initiate the call in good time before hand.
2) I can provide telcon details. Someone will have to dial in as chair, but this is straightforward.
3) Finally, if there is anyone else who has access to a conferencing system, that could be used.
Please let me know which option you would like to take and in particular whether there is a volunteer for 1) or 3).
